Site Improvements and Demolition
Scope of Work
Completion of demolition, site preparation, excavation, site utility instillation, and site improvements as specified.
-Install erosion control, sedimentation controls prior to initiating construction
-Obtain the proper permits and inspection with the local authorities
-Excavation and backfill for all foundations. Relocated curbed islands and hydrants per plan
-Provide and install asphalt paving per plan. Selective demolition of loading dock & bay area
-Furnish and install concrete slab, retaining wall, and manholes as per plan
-Maintain an up to date as built plan of the project and submit at the completion of the project
The project was completed on time and under budget, in accordance with the contract document.
