Utility Installation and Parking Lot Construction

Scope of Work
Installation of domestic water and fire suppression supply lines, site drainage and sewer lines for a proposed parking lot renovation project.
-Apply for and obtain all necessary permits and inspections with Boston-Water & Sewer.
-Excavation, installation and backfill of an estimated 1,200 linear feet of 6", 8" and 12" drain line and associated catch basins; drain manholes and oil water separator.
-Excavation, installation and backfill of an estimated 350 linear feet of 4" ductile iron domestic water line.
-Excavation, installation and backfill of an estimated 800 linear feet of 8" ductile iron fire suppression line.
-Excavation, installation and backfill of an estimated 800 linear feet of 8" PVC sewer line.
-All utilities were installed and capped to the inside of the main building for connection by others.
-Re-grade the area, install suitable sub-grade material and resurface the entire parking lot.

The project was completed on time allowing the owner use of the parking lot as rental spaces prior to the January 1st deadline.
